We booked a 2 night stay here as a last minute getaway and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. It had everything we needed in it. The whole hotel was spotless. It was great to have a bar too with a lovely view over the promenade and sea. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We had the full English both days but there was a continental option if we had wanted it. Kay and Adrian are lovely hosts and made us very welcome. We will definitely go back.
Friend booked by mistake but so glad she did owners very friendly rooms excellent food lovely tram stop out side no trouble travelling to centre and back definitely be back 100 percent happy. Thank you for our lovely stay.
I cannot fault this hotel, very accommodating hosts. Room very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have been in away from home. I am sure the owners will remember me for a long time to come!! Loved my stay here and my room looking straight out on to the road and out so sea was perfect for me! Cannot thank you both enough!

Very clean, welcoming hosts, great location. With a 6 year old, 3 month old, partner and myself. Everyone was very happy with the stay. Hosts Kay and Adrian were amazing, very friendly and kind. Will definitely return on our next visit to Blackpool.
Me and my wife stayed here at the Rutland, and we absolutely loved it. It was very clean, cosy, and we got a great few night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was 10 out of 10. Perfect location to get to the tram stop, Adrian and Kay made us feel very welcome. The Rutland Hotel is in the perfect location, as it's not bang in the centre of Blackpool. We'll definitely be booking the Rutland in the new year. 10/10
Kay and Adrian were excellent hosts. The hotel was excellent. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely. It was lovely to sit in the bar in the evening overlooking the sea. We'll be definitely going to stay there again.
Very pleasant 4days at the Rutland. Greeted by Fay the owner. Sea view room, small but adequate double room on the second floor. Very good breakfast menu. Large bar area. Fay and Adrian were friendly and helpful with information. We had brought our car and with only two free parking spots had to park about 10 yards away at £10 per day which is cheap in comparison with other parking places. Would recommend the Rutland for a very relaxing break.
